Fuck mtv and fuck their lil awards show. How dare they continuously disrespect Michael. AGAIN??? If it wasn’t for Michael putting them on the map and making their lil network popular they would have went off the air and there would be no mtv. If it wasn’t for Michael and thriller, mtv would be dust in the mf wind.

How dare they leave his name off of the award that was named after him??? Its called the “Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award”. If it wasn’t for Michael there would be no award and there would be no award show.

This is exactly why I stopped watching mtv years ago. They just won’t stop disrespecting Michael at every turn. They think that just because Michael is not here to defend himself and set things straight that people can say whatever they want about him and disrespect his legacy at will.

I have yet to witness any other music legend, dead or alive, be treated with such disrespect and disdain as Michael. The lies, the name calling, yearly discussions about who the “new king of pop” should be and treating Michael like he never existed and he didn’t leave behind a whole that no one could ever fill. My blood is boiling atp.

So, FUCK MTV. FUCK THEIR LIL AWARDS. FUCK ANYONE WHO HAS EVER SHOWN AN OUNCE OF DISRESPECT TOWARDS MY BABY MICHAEL. YALL NEVER DESERVED HIM. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER MICHAEL JACKSON. EVER!!!

The real fucked up part about all of this is that all Michael wanted from the world was love. He just wanted everyone to love him and love each other. He wanted to be accepted so much by people that are honestly so fucking beneath him but Michaels heart was so big and so full of love it literally made him sick and cry all the time.

People against piracy fail to realize that no, I can’t just ‘buy it.’ They stopped making DVDs and Blu-Rays. They’re barely offering digital copies for download. I am not spending money I could use for food or bills to pay for a subscription service just so I can always have access to a beloved piece of media. Especially not when the service will remove media on a whim without concern for how the loss of access to that piece will make its artistic conservation nigh impossible.

For example, I recently learned that Disney+ had an original film called Crater. It’s scifi, family friendly, and seems cool - I would love to buy it as a holiday gift for my little brother! But: it’s exclusive to D+ and THEY REMOVED IT LITERALLY MONTHS AFTER ITS RELEASE.

The ONLY way I can directly access this film is through piracy. The ONLY available ‘copies’ of this film are hosted on piracy websites. Disney will NEVER release it in theaters, or as something to buy, and it may NEVER return to the streaming service. It will be LOST because we aren’t allowed to purchase it for personal viewing. If I can’t pay to own it, I won’t pay for the privilege of losing it when corporate decides to put it in a vault.

So yes, I’m going to pirate and support piracy.

i went to a tiny counterserve diner once and accidentally poured sugar instead of salt all over my hashbrowns and was eating them sadly anyways. the waitress took them away and started making me another one and I tried to protest, but she just snorted and said "we're not catholic here". now every time i'm doing something painful out of obligation i think about how that is not repenting, this body is not a catholic establishment, there is no nobility in suffering.

Hey if people are thinking of 'stockpiling HRT' and you are doing it with Testosterone, be aware that is a controlled substance and doing this WILL GET YOU A FELONY CHARGE IF YOU ARE CAUGHT (and it would be very easy for this to happen through the way those posts reccomend).

Its your decision if you want to risk imprisonment (and then definitely losing hrt access), but be aware of the serious consequences- especially if you are recommending this to people!
